Spotlights are on, beam lights are flashing across, and the cold spark fountains are dazzling away. The runway of this pageant is all set to grace what you have not seen before. It’s not the conventional showcase of surreal fashion clothing and accessories or sashaying of benchmarked beauty. It’s about real-life women sharing the stories of their life journeys – personal stories of reclaiming their power and purpose in the face of extraordinary circumstances. These are women from different walks of life and spanning across age groups, who’ve displayed remarkable courage with sprightful resilience and unbending perseverance. Every woman on this stage owns her story and walks with confidence, grace and poise. She’s India!

The trailblazing debut show was recently held on December 7, 2025 at Shourya Convention Centre, Hyderabad. Sharon Carmel Fernandes and Shilpa Jain, Founders, Khushnova Collective Pvt Ltd proudly introduced a platform that honours women’s individuality and embraces their diversity across the spectrum.
“What fuels us is the vision of pageantry as more than a Crown or a title. She’s India is driven by the passion to celebrate inner beauty, authenticity, and the strength of the self. We are inspired by the courage of women who dare to dream, who share their journeys and we wish to Crown these unsung heroes, who carry back not just memories, but transformations,” describe the Founders.
As part of the show a two-day workshop was held towards building confidence, communication skills, and deepening the sense of bonding among likeminded women. From self-discovery to newfound connections, the event is aimed at going a long way. The duo also endeavours to enhance networking opportunities with professional workshops, personal branding guidance, career mentorship and influencer opportunities.

Sharon Carmel Fernandes
Sharon Carmel Fernandes is a Master Corporate Trainer, Hospitality Expert, and Executive ISB Alumna, with over a decade of excellence in customer service, leadership development, and behavioural coaching. A former leader with the Taj Group of Hotels, she is the recipient of the prestigious TABE Award, the Ms. Hospitality Award, and was recently honoured as the Rising Woman of the Year 2025 for her commitment to continuous, purpose-driven change. Currently, she serves as General Manager of Shourya Convention Centre and Hill Top Guest House affiliated with the Telangana Special Police, overseeing operations where she brings leadership, strategic oversight, and high operational standards to state-level hospitality management.
She is also an acclaimed pageant queen, holding titles such as Ms. International Classic 2025, Ms. Classic India 2021, and May Queen Dubai, reflecting her global presence and inspirational leadership.
Shilpa Jain
Shilpa Jain is an award-winning professional makeup artist, grooming and etiquette coach, and creative visionary in the beauty industry. A graduate of the Academy of Freelance Makeup, London, and a diploma holder from Electra Academy by Cory Walia, she brings global expertise and refined artistry to every project. Recognized as the Best Celebrity Makeup Artist in India and nominated among the 20 Most Influential People in Hyderabad, Shilpa has worked with Bollywood stars, national and international clients, including Grammy-nominated artists, and luminaries such as Priyanka Chopra, Jacqueline Fernandez, Anil Kapoor, Revathi, Sunil Shetty and Soha Ali Khan.
Her portfolio spans films, television, magazine and editorial shoots, fashion shows including Lakmé Fashion Week and Dubai Fashion Week, and bridal makeup for high-profile clients. She is also a passionate theatre artist and former television anchor.
